Happy Friday!
This week has been so busy. I have had to do a lot of running around this whole week. I am starting to get back into the swing of working full time again. Today the hubby and I have a few errands to run and then plan on having a little date night. I am excited! We are going to grab a bite to eat and then we are thinking about seeing a movie. It will be nice. I am so glad that the weekend is finally here! It felt like the busy week was never going to come to an end. I am looking forward to relaxing and taking it easy. I have just been so tired lately. I have two full days to just unwind and re-cooperate before another busy week starts again. I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
Inspiring me This week:

Happy Friday!
Somethings that made me happy this week:
1. Visiting my mom and family
2. Getting a new Project Life scrapbook kit and the Recipe Planner
3. Sipping on pepermint hot chocolate
4. Hopeful wishing
This week went by really quickly. I wish time would slow down just for a while. I am not ready for summer vacation to be over. And while I am sad to say goodbye to vacation time there is so many wonderful things to look forward to! I find that I have been going through some kind of personal growth. I am relearning somet things about myself and what truly matters most in my heart. What I want in life and what and where I want to be.
On another note! The hubby and I have a little date later this evening. We are going to grab something to eat and walk around the mall or go do something fun! We do need to pick up a few necessities as well. Lately we have been loving getting out of the house and just driving around. It would be so much fun if we could just spend a few nights in a different city. I always fancy the idea of trying out a new camping ground. Maybe one day!
Have a fabulous weekend friends!

Hello Friends!
It is Friday and I must say I am feeling pretty good! All week I have been waiting for the weekend to come. On Saturday the hubby and I are going to go to the beach! I just want to spend a day by the ocean and just have fun and soak up all the beauty of the beach.
We had so much fun last time we went and played mini golf so I think we are going to play another game of that. So far my day has consisted of getting things ready for tomorrow. I bought a cute dress to wear and just want everything to be packed up and ready to go by the time my husband gets home from work. I can't wait for this date day to be here!
Over this past week I have really found myself thinking positive about life. I am feeling hopeful and ready to start a new adventure. I am trying to make my days more purposeful. I think it can be so easy to fall into a routine that just lets the time go by. I want to make each day meaningful and keep making memories. Life is way to precious to let it just go by and I want to make a better habit of really living in the moment and fully being present in all that I do.
There are great things to come, I can feel it and I am patiently waiting.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Hello!
Happy Friday! This week had me waking up bright and early all week. Longer hours at work and I have been going to bed pretty early. I am so happy that Friday is here. I'm really looking forward to this weekend and it is also Mother's Day this Sunday. I have plans to visit my mom and go to church. It will be a lovely weekend!
Just yesterday it decided to rain! And it rained on and off through out the day and I loved it! I wish we would have more rain lately. The earth sure does need it and with California being in a drought we can definitely use all that we can get.
Apollo had another vet visit on Thursday and I was a bit nervous for the unknown but left the vet's office feeling great! Apollo is doing so much better! And is well on the mend! He is no longer on steroids for his injury and acting like his old playful self again. In the next couple days we just need to keep an eye on him to see if he goes back to being mopey and stiff with swollen joints. If that is the case then we go back in for an immune panel testing. I am feeling that right now with him being almost a week off of steroids that he is just fine. I sure hope there is nothing else wrong.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and a lovely Mother's Day!
This Weeks Favorites:
1. Pandora, listening to The Presets radio station
2. Peanut butter and strawberry sandwiches
3. Seeing Apollo being playful and overall much better
Inspiring Me This Week:
Making lists! I love making them and writing down everything I need to do and get. It helps me feel organized and I like having a plan to tackle the week with.

Friday! Are you all ready to get the weekend started? I sure am! There really is not too much going on for me this weekend but I always love having the weekend free to do just whatever or nothing at all. Not too sure what I will be getting up to this weekend but I know one thing for sure, I am going to sleep in as much as possible! It has been a tiring week. I mean work is work right? Long and sometimes overwhelming. So cheers to the weekend and how we can make it what we want it to be!

Hello Friends
It has been a very long and crazy day. But before I get into all of what made up my Friday, here is what this past week consisted of. I did the usual going to work stuff. I work 5 days a week every week and when I was not working I have just a little bit of time to unwind from the day and then it's time for bed.
On Thursday night I went out with the husband, sister in law, and mother in law to a local concert. We saw Sabation Bach and it was a lot of fun! We got home pretty late but still kind of early compared to other times we go out. That was pretty much the most fun thing I did this week.
So Friday, today, I started work a bit later and I was so darn tired from the concert and woke up earlier than I needed to. My husband and I went out for some bagels and came back home. I had about and hour or so before I needed to head to work so we just hung out together until I started work.
After my work day was finished Apollo had a appointment to see his vet. He has been for the last couple of weeks, been in pain. Some days were better than others and we knew that we needed to get him checked out to see what was going on with him.
At our appointment we did some xrays and some blood work for testing. And we found out that he has a bulge in his vertebrae and two of them in his neck area are rubbing together. Poor sweet puppy. Know wonder he has been having a rough time. So we got some things that should help him get better.
Another thing that we are waiting to hear back is clean blood work. He is going to be getting check for any auto immune issues and and other types of harmful diseases that can be transferred through bugs such as ticks. To the best of my knowledge he has not been bitten by any ticks. But because he does have some swelling in his joints we just want to test to rule anything like that out of the picture.
I am praying for a fast and easy recovery for our sweet dear fur baby. I just hate to see him uncomfortable and not his usual happy and energetic self.
Its been a rough day so tomorrow the plan is to keep it simple and be with our pup.
Hope you all have a great weekend.

Busy busy busy! This week has been filled with so much work that the days seems to drag. Having work on a Saturday is not exactly fun but I do what I must. I am honestly just looking forward to tomorrow my only day off this week. I feel myself getting so tired of working. I really can't wait for summer vacation to get here. About a month and a half to go!
This week we celebrated my husbands birthday and even though he was sick with a cold we tried to do a little something. I bought him a cheesecake and got him a little something to eat even though he couldn't taste much of it at all. We have plans to celebrate it again in the next coming weeks as he will be over his cold and could party party!
When I get out of work today the day will still be young and I'm not sure what the rest of the day will be filled with but I'm thinking I might make a big smoothie and lounge around in my room and continue the Degrassi marathon that has been going on at my house. Relaxing is what I want to do most!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Lately I have been pretty busy with life really. It has left me being a bit quiet over here on this little blog. So much change is happening. I am embracing it with full force.

Spring is here and I am so excited. This week has gone by so fast. This week I have been loving the weather! The days have been so beautiful and the nights so warm. Just the other night I had to plug in my fan! Work has been good this week and I have been spending my evenings with my husband. We have been quite lazy this week. The hubby lost his gym card so we need to go to our gym and get him a replacement.
Today is date night! We are gonna grab some dinner and a smoothie. I also need to spend some time tonight getting things ready for a fun trip on Saturday. We are going to be taking my niece and nephew on a fun trip to Gilroy Gardens! I think they are going to love it and have aso much fun!
Hope you all have a fun and relaxing weekend!

I just got home from work and I am so glad that the weekend has finally come. This week has been long and I have been so tired. At some point in the week I was catching a cold and thankfully I think that was all of it phew! Now however, the rest of the house seems to be on their way to catching a cold as well. So I assume it's only a matter of time before I get real sick. I'll be sure to take some extra vitamins and hope to stear clear from the germs!

Hi Friends!
This week has gone by pretty quick and so much has happened and the week was split up with days off from work in the middle of the week. I have been loving this little semi vacation. I was finally able to print out all my photos for my project life album. I will be putting together a post to share with you all my progress. I am liking how it is turning out.
During this week other than when I had to go to work, I have been focusing on my future and what my plans are. There is so much change in the air a new season of my life is already in motion. My husband and I have been making some plans to make a big move in the month of May. This is a huge change and something that we are excited about. There are still little things to work out and things that we need to get put into place. More details to come about all of that.
Also this week, I have been able to really tap into my creativity. I need to start and finish my monthly goal for February, which is to make a February mini album. I want to have this mini album to focused on love and photos of me and my husband from over the years. It will be fun to dive right into that project. I will definitely share with you all how it turns out!

It has been a pretty good week for me. The work week treated me well and the nights were long. After the rain spell that came over the last weekend the weather where I live feels almost like summer time! I am loving the warmth of the sun and the cool breeze. Spring is definitely making it's way and I am excited!
Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and this year it lands on a Saturday. Hooray! The hubby and I have some plans made in celebration of this lovely day. We are thinking of going out for a nice breakfast a trip to our favorite candy store and ending the evening with a nice dinner and possibly a movie.
Over the almost 10 years of being together we have had our good share of Valentine's Day memories. We know what we like to do. Which is mostly eat haha. We can never turn down a day where we can splurge on a nice evening out at one of our favorite restaurants. Plus we love to spoil each other. We keep it for the most part pretty simple.
Inspiring Me This Week:
Relaxing! Last weekend was so much fun and very busy that this week I have just been finding ways to slow down and enjoy my week back from a mini vacation. A few other things inspiring me this week is getting back on track with being more organized and finish up some projects that I started recently. Hopefully I can find the time to get it done this weekend.

Happy Friday!
Since about Wednesday I kept thinking that Friday was closer than it really was. That made the days seem more daunting because I just wanted the weekend to get here already. Even though my days were all thrown off, the week overall went by pretty fast. Now it is the weekend and I am a happy girl. This weekend is going to be quite busy. I plan to see my mom on Saturday and then visit with my sister on Sunday and have a makeup and hair trial for her wedding day in only 8 days! Ahhh so excited! While my sister and I play dress up and make final plans and things of that sort, the boys (my husband and my sister's fiance) will be watching the Super Bowl. I don't care too much for sports but I am looking forward to yummy snacks!
Favorites This Week:
*I thought that this was a really cute idea for a D.I.Y project. What a fun way to store favorite recipes.
Inspiring Me This Week:
Painting my bedroom. I have a major want to redecorate, maybe it has to do with the whole spring cleaning, but I keep thinking about what color I would want to have my bedroom. I want a much lighter color, maybe a soft pale grey with white trim or I dunno something much brighter than we have now, just no crazy colors.

Friday! It seemed like this week has just dragged on and on. I had a shorter work week with having Monday off, but the these last 4 days at work have just been making me so tired and seem to never end. Well, I think Tuesday was not that bad and went pretty quick but my schedule this week has been so up in the air with how many hours I have to come in for. Days that should have been shorter were much longer and today I got called in last minute to start earlier. So thank goodness the weekend is finally here!
My plans for later this evening is to shower and sit down with a cup of tea and watch some Netflix. Time to unwind from the hustle and bustle of this week. I hope that this weekend is peaceful so I can recharge for next week
Snapshots From This Week:
1. Little signs of Spring on it's way

All week I have been working out at the gym. I am so unbelievably sore! Thankfully come Sunday I will be getting a break from it and have a day to really relax. I just have to say that I am feeling pretty proud of myself for staying so positive and really being motivated these last few days. I am feeling really good about staying on top of my daily workouts and eating healthy. Aside from working out, sticking to my healthier eating diet, and going to work, I have just been watching some shows before calling it a night, I felt like this week really went by pretty fast. I'm assuming it must be because I have kept myself so very busy. I have completed two weeks worth of photos for my Project 365 I do hope you all are enjoying them. I am really glad the weekend is here, I could really use the peace and quiet. I can't wait til I can curl up with a blanket and binge watch shows on Netflix. It is going to be a nice weekend!
Inspiring Me This Week:
Staying motivated to complete my daily workouts and eating healthy. So far so good. It really does help that I am not doing this all alone. I think having my husband standing by my side and doing all of this with me really makes it that more easier to do. We are in this together and we make a great team!
3 Things About Yours Truly:
* My least favorite thing to do at the gym is running
* The food I crave the most since being on my diet is chocolate
* I don't like to sleep with wet hair

Friday!!
I have been waiting for Friday all week! I can now say I have made it through a full work week. I always find that it takes a little bit of time to get back into the swing of things after taking 2 weeks off from work. The days felt long but the week went by fast. This week I have been focused on fixing my sleep schedule, all those nights of having no set bedtime, has really made me tired this week. I got so use to staying up late that it took some adjusting to going to bed at a decent time.
Inspiring Me This Week: Organizing my room. It seems as if I am constantly doing this. I suppose it is what happens when you technically only have one room in the house to really call yours. But we try and make the best of it. I am always looking for storage ideas and ways to make my room feel more inviting and peaceful. I have been making a conscious choice in eating healthier and its back to the gym come Monday evening. We took some time off from the gym during the holidays and now its time to get back on track!
3 Things About Yours Truly:
* I love red peper humus tastes really good with bell peppers
* I am excited to start Project 365
* Lately I have been watching Roseanne on Netflix, that show is funny

Today's post is going up rather late than usual, today I have had such a long busy day. I started work again today and had a 6 hour shift. It's Friday, and also the day after Christmas! The last two days have been very eventful and this week has been a great one! I am on my winter break from work and I am so happy! Yesterday my niece and nephews woke up and ran to the Christmas tree.
You could see the magic and excitement in their eyes. They were so happy and found the plate of cookies we left out for Santa to be gone! They really got a good laugh at the evidence that Santa came, by leaving a half eaten cookie on the plate. I just love watching them digging through their stockings and ripping through the wrapping paper. The kids really did have a great Christmas this year and so did us adults. It was a good one!
Right now it is all about creating memories for the little ones so that they have wonderful memories and good feelings about the holidays and the magic and warmth they have. I am happy that I can be apart of that. It really is a special thing to be an Auntie!
Later that evening my husband and I took off by ourselves and went out to dinner at Denny's. Just a little something to do alone and get some quiet time with each other. We both got breakfast items for dinner. I don't know about you, but I always get breakfast when I go to Denny's I love eating pancakes with eggs, sausage, and hash-browns! Yum!
This week has been focused around the holidays and up next is my birthday this Sunday, and then New Years! 2014 is almost to an end! It has been a good year!

They are getting older and to the point where they will be remembering the holidays better throughout the years. I think it was very successful!

Hello! Happy Friday!
This was a pretty quiet week. Other than work I pretty much stayed at home. We put up the Christmas tree a few days ago and it's been so nice walking down the hall and turning around the corner and seeing the tree all lit up. This month is just flying by. Lately, I have been thinking about what my new years resolutions are going to be. I like the idea of having mini goals spread out over the year. Maybe have one goal to meet for each month. I'll keep thinking about it!
All week I have been eagerly waiting for the weekend to get here. Tomorrow the hubby and I will be seeing The Nutcracker Ballet and I am so excited! I have never seen a live ballet performance or The Nutcracker. As a little girl it was one of my favorite books to read around Christmas time. So to me this is a dream come true. It's going to be so much fun! I even bought a special dress to wear! I cant wait to experience the Christmas magic with the story of The Nutcracker, the live orchestra, good company and seeing ballerinas!
Have a great weekend!

With a new year coming, I can't help but start thinking about how I want to make it a great year. In 2015 I will be closer than ever to starting a family with my husband. We are planning for Spring not too much longer to go! Yay!
3 Things About Yours Truly:
* I like Pineapple Pizza, without the ham
* I can't wait to see the movie Into The Woods
* I once walked into a pole when I was in the 3rd grade.... haha
