Weekend Recap


The weekend has come and gone and now it's back to work. On Friday I really implemented my new and more healthy eating regimen. Starting today, my husband and I  are getting ourselves back to the gym and the goal this time is to up the amount of days. Before we took a break from the gym for the holiday break, we were going every 2 to 3 nights, depending on what our schedules allowed. This time around we will be going 6 days a week. Yes that is intense but it's time to knuckle down and get to work. Spring/Summer is only a few months away and we want to get ourselves in tip top shape!

Saturday, we had a birthday party to attend for a family member, it was nice to visit with good friends and family. Afterwards my husband and I spent the rest of the day at home watching Netflix

On Sunday, I spent the day cleaning, doing laundry, and a little bit of organizing. It was a very productive day. I just figured I would get everything done so I wouldn't have to bother with it during the week. It's going to be a busy week, with sticking to my new diet, going to work, hitting the gym, making dinner and prepping meals for the week. So much to do! But I just have to say, I quite love it. I love being active and making these good choices. The payoff is going to be so worth it!
