Happy New Year! 2015


Happy New Year!

I hope you all having a great start to your the new year. Last night, I spent my time at home with my family. My husband and I pretty much spent our time hiding away in our bedroom, surfing the web, playing video games, and watching Netflix. It was a perfect day! I find that the best days are the simple days. The ones that you can lounge around the house, stay comfy and sip on coffee and just do whatever comes to mind.

Today marks the first day of getting a good start on my resolutions for this brand new year 2015! I wrote a post earlier in the week sharing what my plans are you can read it Here. So today my husband  and I will be sitting down together and making a good plan so that we can achieve our goals. First up on the list to get done, is making a plan to establish a good eating regimen. Last year I wanted to eat healthier and while I can say I made steps in the right direction, I certainly can improve this. With only a few months away from Spring/ Summer time, I've got to get my bum into great shape! I know some would find it so cliche to start the new year with anything health related for resolutions, but I think it is great! I have just got to keep the motivation and inspiration going, and do my very best!

I hope you all get a great head start on whatever your mind is set out to do this year! Whether it be getting in better shape, making new eating habits, trying to break old habits or even just simply trying to live each day to the fullest. Stay motivated! You can do it!
