Wow! This month has gone by so fast! It feels like November just started but I am so happy that December is just a few days away! So many things to look forward to on the month of December! I have been working a lot and I have been intentionally making time to unwind when I get home for a long day. I am thanking myself so much for doing that! Sometimes I'm just always on Go Go Go mode and it feels so nice to just take time for myself and not having any extra things to take care of. Sometimes that means saying no to some things, but to be a bit less stressed and feeling great its worth it. Also the month of November I have been looking forward to Thanksgiving! Can you believe it? It's tomorrow! Yay!
Currently....
Reading: Blogs. Thank goodness for the Bloglovin App all my favorite blogs to read are always just a tap away on my phone.
Listening: Christmas Music! Yes I absolutely love Christmas music. I have a whole playlist of my favorites. My sweet husband put it together for me and it's what I have playing at home, in the car, and in my head. The songs always get stuck in my head and I find myself always humming or singing some of the songs. To name a few artists on the play list are, Nate King Cole, The Carpenters, and my favorite Bing Crosby. There are others as well on the playlist. I just love Christmas music, classics especially!
Watching: Gossip Girl, this show was recommended with 5 stars for me on Netflix and they assumed right I'm a bit obsessed. Been binge watching this for the past week! Also watching Project Runway All Stars,Vanderpump Rules, Top Chef, Once Upon A Time, and Parenthood. I am a bit sad that this is Parenthood's final season. I really like the characters and the story lines they have. And also enjoy watching it with my husband.
Eating: Poptarts and toaster stroodles were a must on my grocery list. Also been enjoying Chipotle and 5 Guys when I get a chance to have it.
Thinking About: Christmas! I have a lot of nieces and nephews to shop for when the holidays roll around. I like to plan things out in advance. Been coming up with fun ideas for crafts and activities that I can do with them to get them excited for Christmas. I want to make it special. This year I have also been thinking about what kind of traditions my husband and I will make when we have our own little ones. It's going to be fun!
Loving: The app called Yik Yak just heard about this app from my sister's sister in law when she came into town to visit. Now that I have downloaded it I find myself checking it frequently to see what people have posted. Its basically like a Twitter but only everyone is anonymous and the things that some people say is hilarious, sometimes gross, and also some heart felt comments too. It's all good fun! Another thing about Yik Yak is that it only shows posts from people that are in your area, so when you go to a different part of town a different feed will show up. It's pretty cool.
