Weekend Recap

Happy Monday Friends! This weekend has been a uneventful one. The husband had to work all weekend and had two over nights at work. Friday, we got to spend some time together and grabbeds some lunch at Panera Bread. Then he went back to work until late that night. I spent my time at home watching tv.

On Saturday, Randall had work again very early that morning and when he got home we ate lunch together, he was really tired and took a long nap to prepare himself for the over night he was going to have to do later that night. So we ate some dinner at home, rotisserie chicken and a cesar salad. We had the house to ourselves because the rest of the house went out gambling for the night. When Randall left for work, I invited over one of my friends from when I used to work at Banana, I hadn't seen her since I stopped working there last may, so it was really nice to catch up with her. We spent the night chatting and laughing and it was fun.

Sunday, morning the hubby got home from work at 6 in the morning so we slept in for a really long time. Woke up and went out for coffee. We spent the day at home and not doing much. We were going to visit with my mom but poor hubby had to do another overnight again later that night so we decided that we would make a point during the week to go visit with her. Over all it was still a nice weekend and it was good seeing my friend and sneaking in quality time with Randall between his work shifts. There are fun plans for next weekend and I cant wait for it to be here already!
