* New hair cut. Got a trim and added some long layers and cleaned up my bangs!
It's been a fun and laid back weekend. Friday was date night with my love and we ate some lunch/dinner and then went to the See's candy store and got our usually customized individual boxes of chocolates. On the way home we made a stop at Starbucks and got some coffee and spent the rest of the evening at home and enjoying our time with each other. We continued out marathon of old school Degrassi and it was a good time.
On Saturday, I woke up very early and took Randall to work. I went back home and took a little nap for about 2 hours and then got ready to visit with my mom and go to my hair appointment with my cousin. It was a very fun day! When I got to my mom's house we went to my favorite doughnut shop ever since I was a kid and grabbed a little something and enjoyed the morning with good conversation. Afterwards I went to my cousin's house and she cut my hair and it looks so lovely! I really like it! When that was done I went back to my mom's house to spent a few more hours with her. I got to visit with my aunt and another cousin, and talk with my grandpa for a little bit. It was a really great day. My mom and I went out for dinner and then shopped around in a clothing store trying on dresses and just being our fun selves. I love to spend time with her. She's the best! Thank you mom for a fun day!
Sunday, I woke up slowly and really just spent my morning relaxing and just moved around the house slowly. I like slow quiet mornings. I skipped breakfast and ate some lunch went to Whole Foods to get a few things and then came home and started to clean. My room now looks quite lovely. I spent the rest of the evening with Randall watching our shows together and enjoyed some delicious barbequed chicken that were cooked by my husband's grandfather. We love it when he decides to barbeque for dinner. It's definitely a treat!
