Inspiring Me This Week:
Coming up with a good healthy living and work out regimen. Since January I have been trying to become healthier and to be honest in the last 2 months I have gone of trail. With always working it became easier to grab something fast to eat and try and sleep in between job shifts instead of working out. So now it's time to get back to what's important! Becoming healthy and perhaps shed a few pounds so that I can prepare my body for a pregnancy in the future. Planning and preparing your body before conceiving is so important! I want to set myself up for success when it comes to attaining a healthier lifestyle with eating and exercise habits so starting off slow is key! I'll also be looking for a go to breakfast and lunch recipes for my crazy mornings and afternoons. Lately I have been interested in the thought of trying out some new smoothies to have a tasty and easy way to get all my fruit and vegetables into my day.
