So today is the start day of my new weight loss regimen. And I am definitely far from a expert on any of this stuff I'm just gonna do what feels like a good step for myself and see how it goes! So I want to be successful at this so I'm not going to over do it too much with the exercise because, I feel like if I make it too hard and like a chore, I'll want to fight this ride. So here my plan!
Every morning I want to aim for a good breakfast. Most likely will consist of black tea. My favorite is the breakfast blend teas and have that with a single serving of Malt O' Meal, I love that stuff and it's good for you too!
I want to try and actually drink the eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day. This I know is gonna be hard! I don't know why but I just never get enough water in a day so this is something I'll really have to be aware of!
For lunch this will be a bit tricky. I plan to eat something low in calories just to curb the hunger until dinner.
Dinner will be the usual. Except there will be a limit to eating out once a week. Ya know the hubby and I got to have our date nights! Which will be the only cheat day I give myself!
Excercise wise, here what I've come up with:
Arm and leg stretches
60 side leg lifts
60 back leg lifts
50 squats
100 crunches
60 back leg lifts
50 squats
100 crunches
(And I want to try to do this twice a day 5 days a week)
Later in the evening I will be taking Apollo the pup on a walk to the school near by my house and run 2 or 3 laps on the track with him. And then walk back home. And call it a day. I hope this plan is a good stepping stone to a healthier me. The idea is to keep it simple and easy to follow everyday. What are some things you guys like to do to stay motivated when trying a new weight loss regimen or just trying to adapt better eating habits? I'd love to know!
