Over the past few days, since Thursday to be exact, I have been trying to get over a really bad cold. The odd thing about getting sick this time, is that there was no signs of a cold in the making. Just woke up in the morning and wham! A full blown cold! I had to take time of from work, and it was pretty nasty. Thankfully four days later, I am finally starting to feel a lot better, Sunday was the first day I could actually move around and be a bit productive, while still taking it slow and easy.
While being sick over the weekend, my sweet husband really helped me a lot and was so kind and comforting. He made runs to the store and stocked the house with tissues, soups, crackers, tea, and honey. He brought me a array of medicine to try. He even grabbed us some movies to cuddle up and watch together. Even though I have been sicker than sick, my sweetie really made this weekend special.
