The new year is approaching and with a new year comes new resolutions! I have already have thought about what I would like to get accomplished in the year 2014.
My List 0f Resolutions For The Year 2014
- Take this year to get myself healthy and fit before future pregnancy
- Take more pictures of my everyday life
- Complete my first Project Life scrap book
- Create new traditions and have adventures with my husband
I am looking forward to the new year 2014 it will officially be the year my husband and I will start to get ready to expand our family. We know we want to start a family when my husband finishes up with school. He has only one year to go and I am excited to start the count down. A year of getting ready does sound like quite a long time, but there is a lot of things that can be done before we start trying for the little plus one. In 2014 I want to focus on getting my body healthy and fit. Making better choices when it comes to the food I eat. I am not one to really exercise but I do like yoga and used to do it frequently, I plan to start that again. Yoga is something I find relaxing and a way to relieve any stress and anxiety and it also helps with strengthening your core muscles. As a plus, starting a regular yoga exercise plan will also allow me to have a easier transition in doing baby yoga when the time comes, which I read can actually help during pregnancy and delivery. I recently ordered this book that is in the photo above which tell you basically what to expect before your expecting and gives you an idea of things you can do before you try to have a baby.
Another thing on my list of things to get accomplished in the year of 2014 is taking more photos. I really want to capture this new year in photographs. For my birthday my husband bought me the Project life scrap booking kit. This will definitely be something that will help me take more photographs and I look forward to being creative and I really like the idea of having a full complete scrapbook by the end of a year. If you haven't heard of Project life you can find out more here
For the year 2014 I want to create new traditions with my husband and have fun adventures together. Creating memories that we can cherish for years to come. My husband is my best friend and I thank the lord for blessing me with such a handsome, strong, loving, and protective man who loves Jesus.
What are some of your New Year's Resolutions for the year 2014? And for any of you ladies out there who plan on preparing for a future pregnancy what kind of things do you have or have already started doing to get ready? I would love to hear your thoughts and plans! :)
